A seamless journey to transform your space
Renovating can be exciting and overwhelming all at once. Our streamlined process is built for clarity, communication and quality at every step, so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.
Step 1
Onboarding Call
We start with an initial call to understand your vision, needs, and expectations, setting the foundation for a successful project.
Step 2
On-Site Design & Proposal
We visit your site to discuss design ideas, provide a detailed quote, talk through provisional cost (PC) items, and answer any questions to ensure alignment with your vision.
Step 3
Pre-Construction Agreement
Once you’re ready to proceed, a small pre-construction deposit secures your project in our schedule. This covers your basic drawing, coordination with our fittings and fixtures supplier, and finalising your quote ahead of your building contract.
Step 4
Basic Drawing
We prepare a basic floor plan of your space, giving you and our supplier’s design team something concrete to work from during your fittings and fixtures selection.
Step 5
Fittings, Fixtures & Tile Selection
Working from your basic drawing, our supplier’s design team will guide you through choosing fittings, fixtures, and tiles that suit your style, space, and budget.
Step 6
3D Render & Final Drawings
Once your selections are locked in, we provide 3D renders and finalised drawings, giving you a clear vision of the finished space before construction begins.
Step 7
Site Measure & Verification
We take your final drawings to site, where you’ll meet your project manager and site supervisor. Together, we confirm walls, floors, and site conditions match what’s been drawn, and any adjustments are made before your contract is finalised.
Step 8
Building Contract & Final Deposit
With drawings, selections, and site conditions all confirmed, we issue your building contract with a final, accurate quote and your full project schedule, so you know what’s happening and when before work begins. A final deposit is paid, bringing your total to 5% of the contract sum.
Step 9
Project Portal Invitation
You’ll receive access to your personalised project portal, where you can track every detail of your project in real time.
Step 10
Job Commencement
Your project officially begins, kicking off with the trades and sequence set out in your schedule.
Step 11
Project Management
Our dedicated team oversees every aspect of the renovation, keeping you informed with progress photos at key milestones and a site left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Step 12
Completion & Final Walkthrough
Once construction is complete, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations and our quality benchmarks.
Step 13
Photography, Video & Review (Optional)
With your permission, our photographer or videographer will capture your finished space, and we’ll follow up to ask for a review or testimonial. This helps us keep sharing quality work like yours, and there’s no obligation to take part.
